Village House with Palms

This small painting was just a sketch in one of my small, custom sketchbooks I made. It was mainly just a piece as practice but it came up very well. This scene was just a photo I found online - which I don’t normally like to do as much nowadays. I believe this is a village house in either Indonesia, Malaysia, or even India. Somewhere in southeast Asia. I find scenes from this part of the world to be fascinating and interesting for paintings. I hope you enjoy this little sketch. It gives me a feeling of nostalgia.
